Accept as how? The man said he forgot, and it is the duty of the CCB to remind him for him to confirm it. You should know that a judge has to be investigated by National Judicial council (NJC) and if found guilty he is suspended and then a case can be instituted against him. That is the due process and it is the rule of law enshrined in the constitution. Like I said Buhari is up to no good. Nigeria will be much better without Buhari in it. With your mentality Nigeria is doomed.

I am not against the petition neither am against the fact that former CJN has gone against the law of the land by operating four different foreign accounts and failing to declare his asset as it a slap on us all as Nigerians that our CJN is abating corruption. The only problem I have is Buhari & his cabal replacing him with a Northerner just like they replaced Mathew Seyeifa appointed by VP Osinbajo wit a Northerner. It is obvious that whoever advised Buhari to make those appointments does not mean well for Nigeria and he doesn't care if the Country goes up in flame. Nepotism and one sidedness destroy Country and cause disunity.

The truth is that Buhari was never comfortable with the guy as CJN in the first place. Osibanjo was the person that actually confirmed him as CJN. The question everybody is asking is why now? Few days to the election. My brother it is all politics, nobody is defending him. If the FG is sincere why are they not following the due process.
