This young man was caught with stolen female panties and used menstrual pads in Agbor Road, Edo State. He was mobbed by men and women. A lady was heard shouting: "Hey! He steal pant ooooo!" The ladies joined the guys in beating him. He was Stripped totally naked and paraded unclad on the main road. Motorists stopped to take a look at the incident as it unfolded.
