TravelRe: Life In Germany: What Is It Like For Nigerians Who Migrated? by 4evaurs: 9:52am On Jan 26, 2022
Keinbock:
I migrated 0n 3.3.2018.

Here is what I can tell you guys. Life has been exceptional beautiful since I moved to Germany. 3 years after I moved to Germany, I got a job in the finance sector, I got my German Citizenship. The trick is doing what 99% of the people dont do. Mingle with German people, learn german to at least C1 level, get rid of your Naija mentality as it doesn't work here. Hone your craft. Invest money in shares, gold. bonds. Dream higher and back it up with actions.

Germany has many untapped opportunities and you will see them if you open your eyes.

LIFE IS GOOD MHEN!
Guy easy o! You got German Citizenship in three years, how?
Talk se u marry?

No law in the German immigrations act allows a Non EU member become citizen in 3 years (except by marriage)

Even as a professional with C1 language proficiency you need at least 5 years to acquire citizenship.

Before you come for me kindly quote the section of the Citizen's Act that bestowed you with citizenship in three years.

Regards.

Wishing everyone a stress free year.

Is there anyone here who is already living & studying with her child in Germany?
Perhaps anyone who knows of such individual?

A colleague needs advice with respect to raising a child while studying and working.
