well i hope that is not 419, the thing is that, there are different kind of people, i charge,per company or person, so lets see or mail me on michael@xceptions.biz, but man the person that does it for 12,000 one has to start from somewhere, i started at 5,000. now i charge more then that

Well i don't know about you guys and all you are going on about, at the end of the day, it's cheap for what, it's like buying a computer for 10,000 naira, it's cheap but it's also creap, for me am not looking for cheap but for a place where, there service is good, and uptime is 99%, for me that is ok, for me i use xceptions.biz, it's a small company but there uptime is wonderful and there customer care is great.

Well i would agree with you on that matter, but the thing is you can still put out wonderful websites, with those small softwares you talked about, and yes alot of peole do it for 419, God help any who comes to our office i would collect his money and hand him over to efcc, but in all, if you want a good soup be ready to pay, the only time i bring down my price is if i know that the person needs the site and can not pay.
