Hmmm. I have also learnt my lessons. In this business, personnel are the greatest challenges faced (based on my own personal experience ). Inanimate business components are more reliable...The major reason I won't be sentimental and only hand over to a serious person; and if I can't find, then I'll definitely sell off.

1) My husband had this dream about both of us being on the side of an express road, our baby in my arms. Someone came & gave me 2 strokes of cain, and was about doing same to our baby when my husband stopped him and asked him what I did to deserve that. The person replied that I crossed the express road without climbing the bridge. Please what does this mean?

2). I entered into my neighbour's sitting room. In real life, I hardly go there because I am not that close to anyone in our compound. The sitting room is very very spacious, just like mine. However, it was cleared of everything. No chairs, etc. Moving inside, I saw the lady writing some things on a green board with white chalk. At the bottom of the board, the last thing she wrote was... "Greater works, 070.......". That is, greater works and my phone number. That is the only thing I understood out of all she wrote on the board.
Next, I sat down on the floor and started scribbling somethings on a green board with chalk in my hands.

Why are you selling? I also run a bakery and relocating abroad in few months, I think I'd rather invest in anyone serious enough to run the bakery in my absence. I could eventually sell off if unable to find any serious person.

The first is a 2-month intensive Internship program (theoretical & practical) which will equip you with skills for a 3-year working experience in the Food Industry. You would choose your preferred option between Quality Assurance, Production or Food Product Development which are the 3 basic processing related sections in any food company world-wide. By the end of this program, you would have garnered more than enough theoretical and practical experience to work in any food processing company especially in Nigeria. This is because you would learn the nitty gritty of what their processing staff gets to do on daily basis.

Please if you are intellectually lazy and not self motivated, do not bother to register for this programme as we have limited slots- just 10.

The second option is our Entrepreneurship Program which is a 2-month intensive theoretical and practical training on how you can be financially independent by processing what we all can not do without -food. We are not training you to set up mushroom food companies with mediocre products, but a standard company and products that will stand the test of time when the right strategy is used for procurement, packaging, labelling and effective distribution mechanisms. We challenge our students to think big and 'out of the box's in the commercial processing of these products. Please don't bother to register if you cannot accept this challenge.

I can't detail all you would learn here but you will learn about critical control points and quality control measures from procurement to distribution for 10 different fast moving food products which are all natural, devoid of artificial additives, and enriched with vitamins and minerals. Some of these include:

Commercial bread making(chocolate bread,fruit bread);
Customizing fresh juice & soymilk for clients' events;
Pounded yam flour;
Tomato paste & powder;
Iron fortified cereal for babies;
Chocolate cookies,
Quick Cook beans(which cooks in 15 minutes), etc.

Both programs use a structured curricular & upon successful completion of course, a certificate will be issued.

The next module runs from 20th February - 20th April.
Venues: Mowe, Ogun State and Ikotun, Lagos.
Time: 8am-4pm, Mondays to Fridays.
