To the ones talking about raising awareness, must you rubbish a man's dignity to do that? You think this is more about the veteran than his own vaunted ego? Too many poor students of human psychology. Anyone really interested in helping the man's cause could have simply made his donations discreetly and met with or contacted other colleagues in the industry to come to the man's aid without necessarily making him a public spectacle like this. Simply put this is sad.
