Propaganda , even when fashola has told us that is not the duty of the government to ensure there is light. My area that hardly get light for 30 minutes in 7 days, now get 3 hours in average per day, it started this February. We all know is campaign and we won't fall for it. What will be, will be. We have decided. |

naijapips04: Read U no go read Currently, available power generation capacity stands at 7,652MW which can be deployed to the grid with adequate gas fuel for the 24 gas-fired power plants and enough water level for the three hydropower plants. TCN said the transmission wheeling capacity stood at 8,100MW, away from the 7,000MW capacity recorded in December, 2017. 3 Likes 2 Shares |

The reason I just don't like these types of stories is that Nigeria power grid operates like Forex trading charts, they move up and down per seconds and per minute bases.. Just watch next month you will hear power drops to 3500MW due to shortage of gas supply or National grid breakdown. What happens to sustainable power supply? Should we just start rejoicing because they managed to sustain only 7 days of 5000MW of electricity in a population of over 180M whereas South Africa with 45M population have been generating over 45000MW of electricity year in year out without making a single noise. We are not yet ready in this country, when we are ready we will all know 4 Likes |

Everything seems to work perfectly when election is at hand. Maybe election should be holding every month, that might bring the desired change we seek. Useless govt!!! 1 Like |

Arysexy: Read the report and stop talking silly. We have capacity of 7000mw now ready to be distributed . which means apart from this 5000mw there is another 2000mw waiting to be distributed. However the distribution is what is being looked at now. We are gradually but surely coming out of the poo hole the failed PDP left us in for 16 failed years of their rulership 2 Likes 2 Shares |

If you don’t want to kill your self from APC misery, poverty, corruption and hardship, make sure you have your own PVC ready to do the needful on Saturday. What of your family and friends? An interesting joke. While walking down the street one day a Senator is tragically hit by a truck and dies. His soul arrives in heaven and is met by St. Peter at the entrance. 'Welcome to heaven,' says St. Peter. 'Before you settle in, it seems there is a problem. We seldom see a high official around these parts, you see, so we're not sure what to do with you.' 'No problem, just let me in,' says the man. 'Well, I'd like to, but I have orders from higher up. What we'll do is have you spend one day in hell and one in heaven. Then you can choose where to spend eternity.' 'Really, I've made up my mind. I want to be in heaven,' says the Senator. 'I'm sorry, but we have our rules.' And with that, St. Peter escorts him to the elevator and he went down, down, down to hell. The doors open and he found himself in the middle of a green golf course. In the distance is a clubhouse and standing in front of it are all his friends and other politicians who had worked with him. Everyone is very happy and dressed in evening dress. They run to greet him, shake his hand, and reminisce about the good times they had while getting rich at the expense of the people. They played a friendly game of golf and then dined on lobster, caviar and champagne. Also present is the devil, who really is a very friendly & nice guy who has a good time dancing and telling jokes. They are having such a good time that before he realizes it, it's time to go. Everyone gives him a hearty farewell and wave whilst the elevator rises.... The elevator rises and the door opens in heaven where St. Peter is waiting for him. 'Now it's time to visit heaven.' So, 24 hours pass with the Senator joining a group of contented souls moving from cloud to cloud, playing the harp and singing. They have a good time and, before he realizes it, the 24 hours have gone by and St. Peter returns. 'Well, then, you've spent a day in hell and another in heaven. Now choose your eternity.' The Senator reflects for a minute, then he answers: 'Well, I would never have said it before, I mean heaven has been delightful, but I think I would be better off in hell.' So St. Peter escorts him to the elevator and he goes down, down down to hell. When the doors open he's in the middle of a barren land covered with waste and garbage. He sees all his friends, dressed in rags, picking up the trash and putting it in black bags as more trash falls from above. The devil comes over to him and puts his arm around his shoulder. ' I don't understand,' stammers the Senator. 'Yesterday I was here and there was a golf course and clubhouse, and we ate lobster and caviar, drank champagne, danced and had a great time. Now there's just a wasteland full of garbage and my friends look miserable. What happened? ' The devil looks at him, smiles and says, ' Yesterday we were campaigning.. Today you voted! Your vote is your voice. Vote wisely! Cheers all. |

bongolistik: This your comment should be directed at PDP who could not add a single megawatt to our national grid for 16 years despite spending $16b on that sector. If they had at least Added 3000mw every 4 years like pmb just added in his 4 years we would have been at 20,000mw by now. Instead they spent 16 years doing nothing but looting our common patrimony. God punish them and all their supporters 2 Likes 1 Share |

Tetehjewels: Shut up Ur smelling mouth. The bastard lieing minister of darkness has on several cases lied that they met power at 3500MW but now that Nigeria is on 7000MW claiming they have added more than 3000MW in just 3 years. For your information generation capacity has always been above 7000MW right from d time of PDP, if you doubt me I will give u link. Besides what new power stations did APC build that earned them additional 3000MW generation? The lies from this evil APC can make Satan marvel 1 Like 2 Shares |
