You are very wrong. The law says at least 25% of the total vote cast in 2/3 of the state. It doesn't mean they must win 2/3 of the state. 24 Likes 1 Share |

Explanation of having 25% in 2/3 of the state means after winning by the number of votes cast,then you must have at least 25% of votes cast in 2/3 of the states in Nigeria..Obviously both Apc and Pdp parties made that requirement... 1 Like |
