What Is The Brutal Truth About Being Single? by JeffSiberstein: 3:21pm On Feb 27, 2019
When a woman said to me..

“I’m not very sexual. I actually don’t like sex.”

She thought I’d wave it off as nothing and that it will not matter because after all, there is so much more than sex in a relationship, right?

This was my first date with her and the moment she said this, I said..

“I’m glad you shared that with me because sex is very important to me.”
“Even after personality, deep intimacy?”
“I can’t have deep intimacy if there is no sex and personality is not just the whole thing about compatibility, there is a lot more but since you mentioned sex, then it will matter in the long-term.”

We talked for a while about other things, then date was over and I never called her again for second date.

This was years back and I am so glad I know why at a deeper level why I said no because many men and women do not know this part.

Your body is like a memory bank. The things you do not use, you lose. Masturbation is not enough and too much masturbation can make your life miserable, creating habits that can damage your life routine.

When you do not have sex, it affects you psychologically in confidence wise, self esteem wise and it affects your own body as well. So not only the mind but also your own body cells too.

What you don’t use, you lose. You become less confident in it. You become more insecure about it. You become insecure about your own body too and your interaction with women when it comes to dating and relationships.

You do not grow in learning for dating, relationships, communication in this dynamics and so you lose the skills necessary for this area.

“What you don’t use, you lose.”

I thank the many men who were not good at women because they stayed single for a long time, didn’t interact for this type of dynamics, learned nothing at a deeper level with communication and weren’t good at flirting, building rapport, building comfort, building trust and sex, and all these is a process and if you skip one, or if you cannot solve the challenge that women throw at you in any of these because forget thinking they will help because they come with a baggage of insecurities, and you need to be knowledgeable, experienced and skilled to have the insight on why, how and what to do next.

The experience of all these made it possible for attracting and dating, relationshjp and sex in a more fun, easier and smoother level.

Now some people will say, other things are important too, and they are right. Like food, drink, sleeping, and not having these will make you suffer and you’ll see an immediate effect.

You’ll have less energy, you’ll start getting sharp pains, you’re work will suffer and so will your focus. It’s immediate effect.

Human beings don’t like the quickening of pain. The immediate effect of pain and your body will immediately warn you and you’ll also see the effects of bad habits too, though that takes longer, sneaks on you but it be none the less an effect that can spiral very fast to lead you to depression, lack of confidence, low self esteem and it can affect you in ways you never thought it would.

But with human beings, you know you won’t stop eating, drinking and sleeping. You know that anyway.

Sex is very different.

If you stop having sex regular, and I am not talking about masturbation, it takes it tool because human beings, desire the feeling of touch. Having sex with another human being brings the beauty of touch and many who never got that comfort find themselves isolating themselves to not want to be touched physically and even get turned off by it.

It gets them psychologically and physiological way.

When you don’t have regurlar sex you will get damaged at a physiologically and psychologically and that is why I said no to the women who don’t like sex, who were not compatible in that area and even in the kinky stuff I like.

I am not going to carry their physiologically and psychological baggage and it doesn’t matter how smart she is, how hot she is, how much she earns, if she’s blonde with blue eyes, or black and tall or curveously hot.

But with sex, it’s not like food, drink and sleep.

You do not see the effect in a fast way.

It’s deadly slow. Yes, deadly. You don’t even notice until it is far too late. It is like you see a fog creeping on you, very light, slowly but a year later, or years the fogs is so dense, thick as it slowly gets to a point where it now affects you at a physiologically and psychologically in a big way.

Oh you’ll say, “hey sex is not important anyway,” and “dating is a hassle,” and “I’m not good at women/men anyway,” to rationalise with logic but like many sexless marriages, you slowly become accustom to it.

“When you don’t use it, you lose it.”

Your body is like a memory bank. If you do not give it the information, the experience for this particular part of your life; you become accustom to not having it.

Your new girlfriend, wife or lover may say they don’t want sex anymore and you go along saying it’s fine, but your own LOW level of health, happiness becomes a convincing lie, that this is “normal.”

When it is not normal for you at all.

As time goes by, the suffering becomes slow and you suffer more at a physiological and psychological; while snarling, judging, slut shaming others who are having sex all the time with your new gang of groupies, with “you don’t need sex,” and “sex isn’t important,” and “it’s…immature…”

And you’re not realising, that can improve your health, your senses, your sense of touch, smell, hearing, heart beat, blood flowing, stress release, and avoidance of unecessary pain.

Men who don’t have sex Men even at least once a week double their chances of developing

Endorphins are released during sex and these alleviate all kinds of pain including migraines, PMS cramping, and arthritis.

Sex isn’t just about lust but with it comes the benefit of health. The lack of sex comes at a price. It reduces testosterone in men and estrogen in women, and with these come complicated health issues in the future.

And don’t get be started on porn addiction, and women thinking a cat and a vibrator is going to give them intimacy sexual experiences and love that comes from close skin to skin intimate love making.

Sex sells for a reason.

It’s part of our biological makeup but here’s the worse part of it all…

Think of a man and a woman, who haven’t much experience in dating, the knowledge and skills that come with it, from flirting, communication, building rapport, building comfort, knowledge of sex to sexual confidencs, to even relationship management, understanding different types of personalities in such a close intimate dynamics; to building the attraction higher…..

They’ll be like most people - passing the next generation of sons and daughters with the same problems instead of solutions, same fallacies about dating…tactics instead of direct honesty and sex at home won’t be an open dialoguse for their own children cannot even talk to their parents about sex, about sex protection, about so many things that can bring a mother closer to her daughter, and a father closer to their son.

I don’t have to prove that is happenign right now.

You only have to look online to see how many young to adults asking the most obvious questions which they needed to have learned way before they ever left home, to go to school, and before they left for college and became an adult.

The brutal truth about being single is….

You’re best friend, partner is your hand and porn, and for women it’s their vibrator and other intimacy gadgets they stash under the bed while they tell everyone, sex isn’t important.

What about people who are religious and do not want to partake in fornication?

What's your advice for them?
