Diseases like cancer exist to terminate humanity. Humans don’t have the power to defeat disease because they are bad and evil. The force of goodness put such things in place to ensure that evil continues to die.

Yes, evil still exists today, but one day, evil would have suffered sufficient killer blows to be deleted. Then all humanity would be dead in hell for eternity. This all means that God is working secretly at the helm, even though you can’t see him.

Facts are facts amigo. There’s no way a good God would create beings that produce unwanted poop, urine, sweat, body odors etc.

Humanity would soon be eradicated by God because God hates all evil. It hasn’t happened yet because it’s like cooking a meal. It’s only ready after sometime with the fire and not immediately you apply the fire.

Waste from organisms nurish other organisms. Poop while you small mindedly translate it was waste becomes food for plants.
Producing waste is also how we maintain our internal environment. Unrine gets rid od excess protein, sweat is an attempt to cool us down when we get too hot.

Theres are biological features our organism comes with and they are what keep us alive but you being a small minded believer who as usual insists on knocking down the very spieces to which you belong in order to glorify this your God fail to see this.

You know God is good, imagine a perfect place like heaven where God is, do you think there would be such ecosystems and earthly nature?

Hollywood imagines so much special effects, but human limitations means that such artistic imagination can never be reality. Being limited is not a good thing. Good is stronger than evil; nothing can limit God because he is truly good unlike evidently evil mortals.
