Mayb that's why the picture is not loading for the masses and yet no official statement from official NNPC

That's the same issue I encountered.
The image of the person I'm registering has appeared, now the date of birth has changed to 1970 & has refused to be altered....still shows a wrong DOB @ the summary page.

Pls any solution to this?

For those of us at the submission stage, kindly cross-check your DoB before clicking to submit. I noticed that my DoB changed to a default setting of 1/1/1970. Even after going back to the Bio-data pane to reset it, I still saw same 1/1/1970 on the confirmation page. Please we should all be vigilante to avoid arguments during other levels of the recruitment process.

I noticed same too. Even when I change it, still goes back to the 1970 default.. I think we'd just have to wait and retry later

I used 700×700 pixels in jpeg format and 143kb file size. My upload was successfully. Use paint app on your PC to edit.

Don't dash them hopes now, they still believe in Nigeria & some even think they will be part of the 10% . But personally I don't think it will be even up to 5% self. This PMB era is the most corrupt & useless when it comes to recruitment for government jobs. They will make millions of youths surfer, for test & screening only to take less than 100 merit out of over a thousand vacancies in same organization. D rest Na man know man

I have a certification not listed in the list of certifications. I added it by ticking add other certification. The problem is that when it gets to uploading documents, I am unable to upload the certification. Has anyone experienced this, please how can I resolve this? Thanks.

Please, someone should assist me. I've been trying to upload my passport without success.

I have followed this trend judiciously, I did all steps as regarding d passport upload. Paint, ms word steps etc. I just decided to use my phone camera to snap my passport, cropped a little and ensured d size wasn't beyond 200kb and boom, d system accepted it. It could be luck though but you can try and see if it would work for you.
