If you have tried to open or verify account with foreign websites using your usual NIN slip, I’m sure it was rejected. NIN slip can only be accepted in Nigeria. Unfortunately, there is no hope of getting the plastic ID card at the moment. Is the website you want to open account with or work for requesting ID documents to open or verify your account with them?
