Not to discourage you but its better if you first finish your studies, otherwise be prepared to pay ridiculous tuition in our world class private universities.Public universities in Kenya only accept A students because of demand resulting in hundreds of thousands of Kenyan students in the US,UK,South Africa,India etc.But there are other business options if you have the capital. |

Kihingo Village - Nairobi, Kenya
Name: Kihingo Village Website: http://www.kihingovillage.com/ Location: Kitisuru, Nairobi. Project: Masterplan Use: Residential Kihingo Village will grow into a fully-fledged and integrated community consisting of park and other active recreational spaces and facilities. These facilities will be easily accessible throughout the community and will be connected by a network of paths sidewalks and trails. A proposed mixed-use center with neighborhood-serving retail, Business Park and a hotel is planned for future phases of the greater Kihingo Village Development. We look forward to bringing local retail outlets, office space and other services to Kihingo Village and surrounding neighborhoods. Traffic Mitigation is addressed by way of a proposed 30-meter feeder road that defines the northern border of the phase 1 property. This road feeds a proposed 60m link road less than a kilometer away connecting the northern bypass to Waiyaki Way near the CCK, allowing commuters an unparalleled access to any major destination in the capital city within a matter of minutes! All living up to the promise of an unparalleled lifestyle experience anywhere in the region allowing Kihingo Village residents to truly Live, Work and Play! Concept In this phase of development there will be four house type designs ranging from 3 bedrooms to 5 bedrooms. The differentiation between each of the house types is appreciable only in accommodation (size) and not value (lifestyle). The house type designs creatively developed by Dimensions Architects, one of Kenya’s leading architectural firms, have a rustic Country style feel appropriate to the lush garden setting of Kihingo Village. In keeping with the technology of the 21st century all our homes will be equipped with the latest in IT infrastructure. Each home will be fully networked with broadband access to the Internet. In addition the compound will be secured by an unobtrusive state of the art safety and security system cleverly integrated to the individual house level for the peace of mind of Kihingo Village Residents and their families. Work Friendly A fully networked home with broadband access means those who do not physically need to be in the office can easily work from home. Accessing the office network to catch up on e-mails or exchange files between your office server and your home office is a matter of a few simple clicks. Our onsite IT concierge will be available to assist with technical issues. Future proof IT infrastructure is supported by installation of a fibre optic ring around the development. Kihingo Village residents will enjoy the fastest possible residential broadband connections to the Internet in the country. Incorporated in The Bustani Club will be a 24-seater dividable conference room. Those working from home will find this facility invaluable for hosting meetings in the tranquil atmosphere of Kihingo Village. The Audio Visual Room (AVR) in The Bustani Club is perfect for Video, PowerPoint or even Audio presentations. Comfortable theatre configuration seating, LCD projector and high quality audio surround sound means you can really impress your audience with powerful presentations limited only by your imagination.
