Chamber, ask one of your 'colleagues' to share the contents of the sms/email with you. Maybe there's a contact number there you can call.

I called them and the guy who picked the phone told me that they are still contacting pple and will surely contact all those who participated,whether u r successful or not.That I should be patient.
