alBHAGDADI:I clearly disagree with U on this. Rom 2:14-16 made reference about a man's conscience that would be his rise or fall before God in eternity. Did U know our forefathers then in their seemingly ignorance saw their idols as intermediary to the the Almighty God in heaven. Scriptures relayed that this gospel must be preached across every nook and cranny of the earth before Christ returns so that none would claim to have an excuse of not hearing. Our Ancestors in that dispensation of conscience did not have d opportunity to hear the gospel and as such have a case before God. Rejecting the gospel when the opportunity was presented is at their detriment. |

The fact that God knows the end of all men is not enough for them to reel out such doctrines. Eternity is solely a man's choice that's why we all have willpower. 1 Like |

Those under the law will be judge according to law and those under the new convenant will be judge according to it. Rom 2:12 All who sin apart from the law will also perish apart from the law, and all who sin under the law will be judged by the law. |

The great white throne judgment makes it crystal clear how those who do not know Jesus would be judged (note, I did not say those that outrightly rejected Jesus). These set of people will be judged according to their works. Let's go through Revelation 20; 1 And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. 2 And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years, 3 And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season. 4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. 5 But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection. 6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years. 7 And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison, 8 And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog, and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea. 9 And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them. 10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever. 11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. 12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. 13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. 14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. 15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. |

Based on the previous post... when I hear believers asking if your name is written in the book of life... I just laugh. True believers are partakers of the first resurrection. It's now those who are saved by their works that would have their names in the book of life |
Re: Are Those People In The Bible Before The Coming Of Jesus Also Going To Heaven? by alBHAGDADI: 4:50pm On Apr 24, 2019 |
OkCornel: This guy and his usually tactics of always jumping in at the tail end of my threads with lies. He'll get beaten as usual. Here you are saying those who didn't know Jesus would be judged based on their works. Yes, you are right, but it doesn't mean the judgement is to see if their works can saved them and make them have eternal life with the saved. Remember, salvation is not by works. Ephesians 2:8-9 (KJV) 8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast. Yet, this lying Okcornel says one's works can get one saved on judgement day. That is usual of him - always going against the word of God clearly stated in the Bible. One thing he doesn't seem to understand about the Bible passage he quoted is that once your name was never written in the book of Life, you are doomed and whatever judgment you face is a judgment of condemnation. Your evil works will be brought to light, and since you never believed in Jesus, he won't save you on that day because he's the only saviour, not our works. That's why the last verse in the passage he quoted says all those whose name are not found in the book of Life are cast into the lake of fire which is the second death. I already told you to get born again so you will understand scriptures, but you refused. Well, you'll only keep getting beaten by a child of God whose Father's words you are trying to twist. |
Re: Are Those People In The Bible Before The Coming Of Jesus Also Going To Heaven? by alBHAGDADI: 4:53pm On Apr 24, 2019 |
OkCornel: According to you, Muslims and atheists who hate Jesus Christ will get eternal life as long as they did some good works. This means that billionaires like Bill Gates can earn eternal life by simply buying it through the good works they do with their foundations. In conclusion, what you just said is that Jesus is not the only way to eternal life. Can you see how much of an heretic and a lying Antichrist you are? You got exposed again. Rather, you got whooped again. |

alBHAGDADI: You are foaming in the mouth again after your lies were busted on various threads. It's either you lack understanding of the scriptures I clearly pasted up there OR you are telling us Apostle John is wrong. Read Revelation 20 and stop showing us you're a blockhead! If true believers are partakers of the first resurrection, then tell us the other people that are involved in the great white throne judgment who will be judged according to their works! FATE OF THE TRUE BELIEVERS PER THE FIRST RESURRECTION Revelation 20 v 4-6 4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. 5 But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection. 6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years. FATE OF OTHERS AFTER THE FIRST RESURRECTION Revelation 20 v 11-15 11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. 15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. alBHAGDADI, that is what is in the book of Revelation 20, so tell me the "lies" you spotted if indeed you are not a blockhead Cc: Muttleylaff 1 Like |

alBHAGDADI: If you are not blind, my first post on this thread, I clearly said this; The great white throne judgment makes it crystal clear how those who do not know Jesus would be judged (note, I did not say those that outrightly rejected Jesus). These set of people will be judged according to their works. Are you being deliberately stupid? Or you are just eager to tell lies and put words in my mouth? alBHAGDADI: You really do have an empty skull. You have no discernment at all... You are a shameless and desperate liar. I have put the scriptures up there. Go ahead and tell us Apostle John was telling lies |
Re: Are Those People In The Bible Before The Coming Of Jesus Also Going To Heaven? by alBHAGDADI: 7:33pm On Apr 24, 2019 |
OkCornel: Nowhere in the Bible is it written that people can enter heaven on the basis of their works. It is through faith in Jesus that one can make heaven. Ephesians 2:8-9 (KJV) 8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast. But according to you, those whom you say never knew Jesus can make heaven based on their works. This means that the Bill Gates of old will simply make heaven due to his charitable deed. This clearly shows that Jesus is a liar for saying he's the only way to heaven, according to you. Now, you are saying that there are other ways which a sane mind can see that money is one of them. That means that rich people will boast when they get to heaven because their riches paved the way for them. But the Bible verse above says works can get anyone saved or else they will boast. The judgment based on works spoken of in the Bible passage you quoted wasn't talking about a judgement that will tender some doomed while those with good works will make heaven. They are all doomed already for not being in the book of Life. And since no Bible verse says works gives eternal life, then it means they are all doomed. Yet this one thinks God is going to allow people into heaven based on works which are filthy rags. Isaiah 64:6 King James Version (KJV) But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; Stop cropping out the punchlines from my posts. |
