If you see the way I am smiling here...ehn It's simply because I can't wait to experience how you felt. I've never boarded a flight and thank God now I can afford it. It's the one thing I intend doing before the year runs out. Yep...I want to see Las gidi one more time and also to have my first flight experience....Double excitement for me 3 Likes |

Acedave1: Hear the word of the Sovereign LORD o simple one: Wealth obtained by fraud will dwindle, but whoever earns it through labor will multiply it.--proverbs 13:11 Desist from belonging to the generation of men that sees betrayal as cleverness, feeding on the agony of their own kind, and rejoicing at the expense of their own soul. Trading their destiny for vanity and their eternity for Benz. Look! There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way to death.--proverbs 14:12 Accept Jesus with your whole heart and soul, and Incline your ears to the reproves of life for your own good and for the good of the children after you.!!!" 2 Likes |

Are u mandated to respond to my post? And what do u mean by me of all people? Do we know each other? I aired my view on the thread cos I'm entitled to it, same with any other follower of the thread. My post shouldn't tickle your fancy or rather draw you aback because it's not the only contrary opinion on the thread merahki: |

When I first flew the plane for me it was exciting. When I was told to take off my shoes at the airport I was surprised. Are you seriously? But now I was at different airports and this is not surprising. |

fairfora: Have you tried MegaBus? I boarded it once from New York City to Washington D.C. & I loved it... The Double Decker Buses are cool... Nowadays I usually ride MegaBus except when MegaBus doesn’t go to my intended destination then I have no other option than to travel with Greyhound... I love New York City too but it’s so crowded & crazy, if I had an option between both, I will choose Washington D.C. it’s more calmer & cool albeit it’s also expensive as well... New York City is comparable to Lagos while Washington D.C. is comparable to Abuja F.C.T. |

7Alexandre:I see. I love NYC because I be Lagos Guy...i'm used to crowd in my city, lol. I have never boarded megabus, but would give it a try someday. I have been to DC too severally, the neighbouring MD as well...but too expensive as you said. Maybe you should try LA in your next visit. They have ridiculously low hotel rates. It's not crowded as well. Visit Knotts Berry park and Dysneyland in Anaheim with your family. Cheers |

fairfora: What part of LA has ridiculously low hotel rates? Last time I checked for flight tickets to LA it was around $300 - $500 which is a bit expensive for domestic travel... |

fairfora: I was thinking about moving to Maryland due to it’s proximity to both Washington D.C. & New York City plus it’s high African American Population but I was discouraged by the high cost of living... A one bedroom apartment goes for about $1,500 which is on the high side... I have decided to relocate to Atlanta, Georgia next year since it’s relatively more cheaper to live over there... |
Re: My First Time Onboard An Airplane by Nobody: 5:37pm On Apr 24, 2019 |
7Alexandre:wow! That's high If you can bear the cold , Atlanta too is nice, according to my cousin who used to live there. Na cold chase am commot. |
Re: My First Time Onboard An Airplane by Nobody: 5:45pm On Apr 24, 2019 |
7Alexandre:Anaheim and Torrance aren't expensive. 300usd is too high for domestic travel truly but if you book spirit airways ahead of your trip, you might not spend up to 300usd on your return trip I had flown spirit from Baltimore MD before, to LA on a one-way trip and all I spent was 110usd, for 5 hours flight. Try cheapoair.com |
Re: My First Time Onboard An Airplane by 7Alexandre: 5:56pm On Apr 24, 2019 |
fairfora: Ok, I will try Cheapiair.com I usually use Booking.com OR Expedia... |
