But what I know as Digital Assets are (but not limited to) the following : Cryptocurrencies, Crypto commodities, Utility tokens, Security tokens, Hybrid tokens, Real-world asset tokens.

When I read that publication 4 days when @ Plus10 posted it here, I thought SEC would come up with a similar framework for Fx Currency pairs.

But if this is what they want to use to regulate everything, NO PROBLEM. MBA is ever ready.

All, I have read the statement by SEC. It was solely for crypto-currency or digital currency. It did not state anything about trading in FOREX. Qualifying this statement for FOREX trading as the Op did was misleading. In conclusion, this SEC statement has nothing to do with MBA or any other outfits offering FOREX related trading.

Some excerpts from the statement.

"Consequently, the SEC will regulate crypto-token or crypto-coin investments when the character of the investments qualifies as securities transactions"[/color]

"Similarly, all Digital Assets Token Offering (DATOs), Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs), Security Token ICOs and other Blockchain-based offers of digital assets within Nigeria or by Nigerian issuers or sponsors or foreign issuers targeting Nigerian investors, shall be subject to the regulation of the Commission"[color=#990000]

"WHO WILL BE REGULATED?

Any person, (individual or corporate) whose activities involve any aspect of Blockchain-related and virtual digital asset services, must be registered by the Commission"[color=#990000][/color]

I am planning of doing a top up to my account soonest but the guy that introduced me to MBA said that he heard that one cannot do a top up again but rather open a second account. If this is true, can one open a second account on his name, i.e same name as the first account? I am new here
