veryy good question here.... Ask your mechanic, welder, driver, food seller, hawkers if they EVER paid ANY TAX.... yet they are the ones that complain about Nigeria MOST.... most of them are on NL. HOW do you expect Nigeria to get better if LESS THAN 20% pay taxes then u compare Nigeria with countries that have almost 100% tax payment compliance
