That clearly is what INEC is saying especially against the background of he fact that no law enabled the, to do so. If no law enabled them to do so will the data Atiku claims the said servers contains be admissible in evidence? Relevancy governs admissibility- it’s a long shot to argue they are relevant not being known to the process via law.

INEC has not committed any crime or electoral malpractices by testing the server in 2018, but as far as 2019 elections are concerned, there is no server any where either software server or hardware server. That is final...no case everybody should get set for 2023 election.

Yes,, we know that one already.
But then, we also know that it is not illegal to transmit the number of accredited voters as was recorded by the smart-card-readers to the server.
So, what happened to the information about the accredited voters that were contained in the various card-readers?
Were they transmitted? Or, Are they still there in the card-readers untampered?
