I just don’t know what to do something that I waS thinking will enter naija soon not knowing it has not even started it’s Israelite journey

Hi guys, my order that was "despatched to overseas" on 31st of Dec last year arrived last week. Yesterday my tracking info updated to "delivery failed". I equally got a mail yesterday from AliExpress that the item had arrived my local post office. So I went there this morning to claim it, but the PO attendants asked me if I got a text from them, I replied nope, but my tracking info says my package is there. Hence they checked their logbooks and told me they haven't received my item.

I was a bit shocked.. How could that be possible? Are they saying the tracking info is useless or what? I strongly hope they haven't tampered with my package.

So guys pls how do I proceed from here? Because as it stands, I'll easily lose if I file any dispute on Aliexpress coz they would tell me the item arrived the local PO according their tracking details.. This has never happened to me before.. I need ideas, guys.

Don't be in a hurry, give them like 2days to sorth the items, you will get it if not give the po your tracking number, tell them to track it in your presence and tell you your item location

Finally one's status has changed, funny enough they're the least valuable among all.

My 11.11 order till dey air, although I told the seller to extend BP and they did by 20days. If I no see am then, I'll just collect my refund and buy the stuff here.

Guy follow d advice of the guy above me. Just buy it here in Nigeria and save yourself d stress.

I bought my Xiaomi 9 at Pointek store.. U can check there or buy at slot. That is if the model u need is still available there.

I think you guys should start communicating with your seller before proceeding.....I communicate well before buying stuffs unless it's a small item.... anything above $50 or around that price...I will communicate with then about how fast they ship.....

I bought something of 160$ yesterday and it was shipped that same yesterday...

Presently, it's showing outbound in sorting centre....by tomorrow or tonight- it will change to dispatched to overseas......


So guys, it's your money you are paying, communicate with confidence.....

Ask then if that can ship in 2-3 days with the tracking numbers displaying tracking updates, not just blank update.....
