Damage Control. Story! Story! Timi, the mumu guy. Continue disgracing your entire family. You have started with Press Conference oooo. When Pastor Biodun does his own press conference, don't cry foul ooo. grin

You raised an accusation, organized a protest, then Pastor Biodun waited for you to report to the police, rather you went home to relax.
Pastor decided to hit you first, and again you came on social media to rant. It's not about social media, bro.

Where are the 28 lawyers ready to fight for Timi? How much has Timi realized from the GoFundMe account created for this case. Oya nah, it's now they need them.

Go prove your case in court and stop ranting on social media.

"no bi who first call police dey win case"
coza member sighted. They are easily identified by their blind support of Fatoyinbo.

They will eventually deep up where he said he met his wife a virgin.
Chai! Werey. grin cheesy

Even Paleontologists are at work right now. No fossils will be left unearthed. cheesy grin grin

Problem with this kind of accusation is that it's incredibly hard to prove in court. If only they had got him to admit it on hidden audio/video recording, then yes.

Even then na 9ja we dey talk so. Our dear MVP Gandollar has video clip stuffing millions of $$ of kickback, nothing dey happen. Immunity.

Don't be surprised to hear that Fat Oyinbo holds a diplomatic passport and therefore immune to prosecution. Any abracadabra can happen in Nigga Area. tongue tongue

Some of nairalanders do not have sense and only comment on impulse.More like garbage in garbage out.

Timi stated it at the press conference how he reported the matter to the police officially 27th June and further explained how they've been to the police station on invitation for further investigation into the matter.

He didn't have issues with that and didn't come to Ur houses to tell about all that, until the lunatic kemi disclosed his home address online.

He stated that from that day he started seeing unmarked vehicles either trailing his car or his wife's. He had to raise alarm on Saturday when it was obvious they were there to abduct him on some Trump up charges. Mischief and whatever the 4ck they term it. But guess what? Falana and Falana chambers are his lawyers and they said mischief is not a crime.

It's known fact we have stupid police officers wanting to frustrate an investigation they are taking forever to start, but it's another thing entirely if some supposed educated people keep shouting go to court blah, blah blah...as if rape is a civil wrong where individuals can sue each other to court. They have reported but the police is not taking the accused to court for God's sake!

Thank God another nairalander has a working brain.
There are few posters that can articulate properly.
Go to court go to court, don't these people know there.is a difference between a criminal case and a civil case.
The Dakolos have filed charges with the police since June,is it them that should charge the accused to court in a criminal offence?
Many people here are so daft,it's not even funny

Bia, where are they gonna know it from? From the failed education system? Don't be surprised if some shouting here may even have an LLB (God rescue us).

Who will tell them that it's the police & Prosecution Service who are in charge of taking criminal cases to court? You seriously underestimate the level of ignorance among our "educated" youth. shocked shocked shocked

Why are Nigerians heartless?
cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy
Hunger and depression!
They vent out their frustrations on anybody that seems to be happy more than them.

The boys(don't normally call them men) assumes that they can soar their wild oath but it's not obtainable to girls.
A girl is raped and she reported, they will start preaching how it affects her family especially children. Who told them that the children don't want justice for their mum or a closure?
Do they know if the said act has hindered their mum from giving out her best to them as a mother?
What do u get in a highly patriarchal society.
Do women have honour in Nigeria?

If ur husband shows that he truly loves you, he has become woman wrapper.
Frustrated souls.
Very wicked things.
I have never seen men as vile as these people
Like father like sons.
My joy is that there are still hood ones but few so their voice doesn't matter.

See where the men has lead Nigeria to.

And they are not ashamed of themselves.

Timi is doing what many men wouldn't have the balls to do. My respect for that guy has grown in leaps and bounds.
Even if nothing comes out of this complaint he has succeeded in unmasking these anointeds so that folks know that they can be touched when they mess up and God will not kill folks for them.

Sad
You made a point that captured my attention.
People are frustrated and taking out their frustrations on folks that seem happier than them.
That's terring but it's the answer I was looking for.
It is the closest explanation to why

I pray for this young family that the Lord grant them strength in this time and that their bond may never be broken. I have seen men who love their wives but I have seen only a few who back up theirs on this scale. Despite the stigma and slander, he has held her high. What an incredible man.

A man is defined and judged in history by two things; family and decisions in defining moments. You must not only protect the physical space of your spouse but also her emotional and psychological space. What Timi Dakolo is doing is not just for the now but also for his future happiness. To clarify and clean up every dark spots and holes of emotional hurt she may have experienced by these past actions. A woman can never be happy or give happiness in totality until certain things are dealth with regardless of the means.

They have all to loose, bearing the shame on them and the children, bruise on his ego, and smirk on the faces of people she will meet, yet having considered these consequences, decided to move on with the campaign. No one in his right senses less a man who seems to have everything going on well for him will embark on such if there is no reward or gratification beyond financial gains. Something that will finally lay to rest all they have endured as a family. Something that will bring back the genuine smile and laughter in her eyes after a decade. Something out there is driving their guts and I respect them.

Richdad

Thank you! I will defend my wife with my life!

Some of these people including my friends have a fear deep down in their mind. The thing is this ; at one point or the other they've coerced girls mostly their gf or their female friends to have sex with them in the past. They've slept with girls against their will and hid under the fact that they came into their room with their two legs and so the society will judge it as consensual. Now that Fatoyinbo's case surfaced they fear some of these girls can come up anytime in the future and call them to answer for their crime.

This explains why most of them wish and hope busola's case ends in deadlock cos it may serve as a precedent which will give other abused victims voice in the future.

And because there is no proof pastor thinks he is deceiving us . His punishment is coming as a pastor. Many notable men in the bible did not hide away from their crimes but him because of his own self reasons he just want to take himself to eternal hell. I wish him well. He should not forget he is a pastor , we may not see it or know how it happens but God sees everything . If in anyway he is guilty it takes only confession but if he persist on fighting the wrong fight it won't take time the devil will set another trap for him and this time he will fall to rise no more cause he gave room to sin.
Pray he understands the meaning of this , he is not doing it for us , he is a man of God and he should do the right thing.

How do you know the pastor was not invited and he didn't honor the invitation? Because he didn't go to social media?
