This act is barbaric & should be condemned. It doesn't speak well about the people. It's a reflection of the moral decadence in the society & how low we've descended.

Now man has done harm to another man, now see the result. Things should be done in a proper way and not the other way round. If everyone is like those people that did this, then this world will not be a better place to dwell in.
