This description of Nigerian youths is an off-shoot of the Nigerian society (if still existing) created by the older folks (the leaders of yesterday, today and the nearest future as they have refused to pass on the baton). The older ones, the so-called leaders created the framework of what the average Nigerian youth is today. When they see their fathers, grandfathers (the leaders/politicians and other figures) live a life that negates the ideal way of life, a life of corruption, and that they created an institution of the unsmart being rewarded with a luxurious life and the intelligent being rewarded with a life of struggle to the top. As such, they do not see the need to be smart, intelligent or have the eagerness to keep improving themselves. Hence, a lot of dumb youths these days.

Sadly, it will be worse for the upcoming generations if not attended to quickly.

I don't even notice it everytime I am FTC. It is when I see people on some threads mentioning FTC that I always realise I have been FTC many times. FTC doesn't have exchange rate with the america dollar. That shows that its value is nothing.
