Of course, no system is perfect, and who says it is. So if what you're is saying is true, then it means the American correctional system harbour only people from other countries, or better still just animals in their Prisons, so Americans don't go to Prison right? and when/if they do, they prevent us from knowing right?. He is in jail in Spain since 2013. She is left with 3 kids.
