Who will do fraud and then go and buy IP??Am into Networking Engineering and I can tell you that it's only a fool that will do such.IP addresses dont come from thin air.This companies get assigned IP addresses from a standard organisation.So when your fake assigned addresses are gotten,they can easily be traced back to the company which assigned you those addresses which is then used to burst your real IP.Best bet is to use public addresses or get IP addresses with good socks from websites without paying
