All these crisis don't just erupt,if only the government n her institutions are proactive n sincere enough,all these unfortunate incidents can be avoided n tackled.there is the need to develop an advance crisis warning system were information can be obtained i
well in advance about brewing crisis situation for preemptive n proactive counter measures.

Naija is doomed, no working institutions, the senaors dont sit at round table to discuss all this proactive measures, just how to ride costly cars and embezzled funds.
