FOR THE RECORD: The PDP is asking the tribunal to determine:
Whether Buhari was at he time of the election qualified to contest or not
Whether Buhari submitted false evidence to INEC with regards to his academic qualifications
Whether Buhari got highest votes and was duly elected
Whether the election was invalidated by corruption.
Whether the election was invalidated by non-compliance of the electoral act.

so, it hasn't been thrown out ?
From his addresses, it will be thrown out.
In Summary,

The electoral act cant it supercede sections 131, 137, 138(d).
The certificate is not the only proof for qualifications, and that it is not judicial to submit your qualifications attached to your nomination form.
An affidavit yes and again that you can read and write and shown to be capable by INEC.

The tribunal:

Refused INEC's request to strike out some of the PDP's witnesses

Refused INEC's request to dismiss Atiku's prayer seeking Buhari's disqualification from the election

Struck out the PDP's argument that Buhari and Osinbajo used government funds to induce voters

Dismissed Buhari's contention that Atiku was not qualified to file the petition challenging his election

Dismissed PDP's argument that security operatives rigged the election to favour Buhari

Dismissed Buhari's response challenging Atiku's motion on the alleged non use of card readers

CGMedia:
Lawyers have started arriving the Court of Appeal in Abuja, venue of the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal, as the tribunal set to deliver judgment today, Igbere TV reports.

Our correspondent at the venue observed that several journalists and supporters of both parties involved (APC and PDP), have equally gathered at the door of the court hall, waiting for staff to open it.

There is heavy security presence (comprising of army, police, NSCDC) at the court premises, even as security operatives are taking their time to screen people seeking access to the court.

The tribunal is expected to resume at 9am as they decide the fate of PDP and its candidate Atiku Abubakar and President Muhammadu Buhari of the APC over the February 23 presidential election.

Igbere TV recalls that INEC had declared Buhari and the APC as winner of the election, having polled a total of 15,191,847 votes to defeat his closest rival, Atiku, who it said polled a total of 11,262,978 votes.

The five-man panel of justices of the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal, is headed by Justice Mohammed Garba, as Chairman.

WAS BUHARI QUALIFIED TO RUN FOR PRESIDENT?
Garba also says the 1999 constitution only requires a presidential candidate to be educated to the level of obtaining a school certificate.

Buhari says he completed primary education in 1952, secondary education in 1961. PDP says no proof was presented in court

Funny enough their argument was dismissed and the Tribunal used WIKE VS DAKUKU PETERSIDE court case as reference. Imagine using a PDP governors case to nail PDP/ATIKU

The lead judge quotes a previous ruling of the court of appeal which defines 'school certificate level' or its equivalent as education up to secondary school certificate examination level.

Lol true. But it's funny how the court will assume he holds a certificate based off on statements by the school principal and the army.
I don't care who wins but I kinda feel the tribunal would have set up an inquiry panel to truly determine the authenticity. But anyway, that aside. We move on

He adds that the army had dismissed the claims put forward by the PDP regarding Buhari's certificate and that the petitioners failed to further establish credible grounds on the claim.
