@Guys, just called my colleagues attention to this n his explanations was that the above amount is probably what all the american lecturers cost him per month. which to me makes sense but is it worth it? how many folks go to that skol n how many can afford it. even some of the rich would rather send their kids abroad.

And could you not reason things out for yourself before posting here. In fact how could he be paying  his lecturers an aggregate of $1 million per month?

That is $20000 times 50  per month assuming there are 50 American lecturers in that small university. Which professor in US receives as much as half of that as monthly salary?
And how many students are there and what are their monthly tuition fees?
