I was looking some sporting activity the other day and I saw South Africa with more medals than Nigeria, I was like how come the disparity? All the streets in my area in Lagos are manned by people from Mali, Niger, etc. as informal security men. Some of them have progressed into opening small kiosks, selling biscuits and sweets at their gate posts. I'm very friendly with them and used to patronise and "dash" them money.
These are the people mostly defecating in the open as they are homeless people living on the streets.
