Nonsense

Beans n plantain is my best food since childhood... on a more serious note, I notice it gives my digestion issues. I do neglect this alot because it eventually digest sometimes I would use antacid to make it faster. I feel its better to have fast digestive food in your diet if you want to be more productive. Thanks
