I had discussed this before.

For Niger delta to remain in Nigeria post Biafra secession, the North would have to give them some concessions, and one of those would be more regional control/autonomy.

The SS would not be stupid to allow SW to be earning big from Lagos port, while blocking them from doing same by opening up their ports to Igbo business community and making their own money as well.

They would have to be dense to agree to such deal, and I doubt they are.
The North don't care so much about Biafra, all they want is Niger delta crude oil. If we drop non Igbo parts of Niger delta from our struggle, we would not only improve the solidarity within our ranks by removing unwilling partners, we would have decreased resistance from North.

It's all about personal interest and every group in Nigeria is fighting for their own agenda. Niger deltans are fighting for their own republic just like you are fighting for Biafra. So any marriage between SS and Biafra is dead on arrival. It won't and will never work.

I believe this post was born out of SS brothers denying the existence of any indigenous Igbo in the south south.
No one will appreciate land grabbing. It's good to come to terms with your own reality. You can't force your dreams on SS, the best you can do is appeal to their empathy.
I have been with different tribes in Nigeria, but ONE THING about most Igbos I have encountered is they act like they know everything and the world should bow at their feet. They don't know how to convince and attract people's empathy : an act which the Yorubas has perfected over the ages.

It's only the SS that can determine the success of Biafra. Without them, Biafra is just a joke
