The 36 states have their own respective budgets and can decide to build water projects and roads without any hindrance from FG. Everyone now wants to talk.

The level of poverty is increasing by the second and many people are having difficulty eating once a day.

Add the lawmakers' salaries to the rest of the Civil servants' salaries and read that again. Most of the budget is on recurrent expenditure.
