But the biggest joke of all was the affidavit Burutai swore in court when Kanu's Lawyer sued him to produce Kanu. Bututai said that the Army were chasing a truck full of ammunition and the truck ran into Kanu's compound and they followed it in. To this day, nobody has seen any pictures of this truck full of ammunition they claim they chased into Kanu's compound. Nobody has seen one single ammunition
