Is this how we will do the Russian business partnership? So they signed agreement to purchase war equipment from Russia, where is the agreement for reviving the Ajaokuta Steel industry and Lagos - Calabar railway construction? Abi that one na for mouth only? What of the aircraft they ordered from the US since last year that are supposed to arrive next year? I hope madness is not worrying Mr President and his crew?
So boko haram should be having a field day while we wait for combat plans from U.S next year?

Russia government are very clever, they invited all the dull head Africa leaders to their country, just to show case what they can sell. Russia don’t need anything from us, they just want to do what the west has done to us for years, the same things China is doing, make money and improve their own economy in the process.
Padi mi too much sense fall on u... u just spoke my mind. Most of African leaders are nothing but mumu

idealogical:

Stop lying, they buy weapons all the time, even their Gripens are foreign imports with zero SA input.
they were bought in 1990s due to people wanting to steal state money, also they were assembled and modified locally. Their missiles are made by our Denel Dynamic, here in the capital... In the 21st century South Africa will never import weapons. If we want something we build it ourself. We are currently testing armed military drones and have build unarmed military drones. The missiles in our submarines, warships, jets, attack helicopters,anti-tank tanks,anti-aircraft systems, etc are local made. We have weapon factories everywhere (from Cape Town to Pretoria).

Baba don't say what you have no concrete information about. He has been president since 2000 with each election having him polled 90-99% of the vote everytime, he is not there solely because his people love him , he is there because he rules with fear. He may have transformed the country after the genocide , but he had also used that excuse to justify his very strong armed and murderous rule.

You have no idea the freedom you enjoy in Nigeria atleast you can freely go online and insult PMB all you like, if you try that with Kagame you will be disappeared. Sites like Nairaland with its cloak of anonymity cannot even run in Rwanda unless it's pro-government. Trust me when I tell you this with a strong political will we can vote in a leader of our choice and if he bleeps up we can vote him out. You can't try that with Kagame any form of critics or opposition are dealt with ruthlessly . Even being on exile can't save you from his network of Assassins ( Patrick Karegeya paid that ultimate price).
Nigeria is more than Buhari. Paul Kagame is Rwanda
Be careful what you wish for.
That my brother is an undeniable fact.
U have said it all bro. I followed that case of Patrick when it happened. He was a former army general if I'm not mistaken. His crime was nursing a presidential ambition, and not supporting Kagame's continuity through constitutional change. He raised alarm that president Kagame has sent assassins after him, that even outside Rwanda he wasn't safe, and he was not taken seriously until it happened. Many don't know the freedom the enjoy under Buhari govt. Most of the people if not all been detained have cases to answer for. Some people's hatred for Buhari blinds them from rational thought

Now you see why it is clear that Mr Buhari and his handlers are nothing but inept, dull bats in office with impunity! Why weren't more immediate solutions sought and deployed? Why did we dump almost half a million dollars for weapons that would not be ready in 2020? These were questions that sane Nigerians asked when Buhari and crew drew funds without proper approval from the NASS and it was as if it was an emergency. At the time we wondered why the president was sure that he would not have dealt with BH even till 2020 after promising to do so within 3 abi 6 months of becoming president in 2015!
