Ok. I travel the Enugu - Port Harcourt expressway frequently & this road has one of the highest number of so-called checkpoints of the major roads in the south-east. I take my time to check their name tags. There are some of the without it like you observed. But a good number of them who have these name tags bear Igbo names. Go figure.
