Visit a teaching hospital and let the specialists handle your case for a while. Even if it won't go permanently, even if it means you will be on cream or tabs forever, but you might be able get control of it. But specialists have got to determine what you are dealing with first

Get "Ketoconazole" cream ...use it judiciously on the affected parts morning and night! If you can, get its tablet with it, but but a must.

If you have used it before, then you really need a sensitivity test, most probably you have gotten to the level of AMR.

If you stay in ibadan, i have a herb woman that can handle it. I recomended her drugs for a nairalander with health issue sometime last year and he got better over time.

Please stop using Izal or Dettol to bath it wont help infact stop anything antiseptic or medicated soap or cream. There's nothing wrong with you and I am sure even if you go for skin biopsy the Doctor wont see anything. Use mild soap to bath if you can get Sebamed Soap or bathing liquid good. Also before you start with the Sebamed or you can combine the 2 which is Nizoral Shampoo and Sebamed together. Use the shampoo to rub your body 15minutes before taking your bath with the sebamed soap or liquid soap after that get Daktacort to rub on your skin after using towel to dry your skin. After a week, everything will be cleared. From there you can get a very good original coconut oil the one Yoruba called Adinagbon and continue to use the sebamed soap if you can afford and if you cant afford it please continue with mild soap like Eva original or Dove etc.

Please do not use the Daktacort past one week and you use twice a day ie morning and night.

I could go ahead and suggest a cream preparation to use, but that's almost like gambling. Highly informed one albeit.
The best thing for you to do is to visit a dermatologist, and let them run some basic test on your skin (and blood). If you are given the right medication in one to two weeks your skin should be as good as new...

Dude, I wrote ideally. Not that it cannot be used otherwise. Because ingestion comes with potentially more side effects. Topical drugs are first line for skin diseases usually. And there are other topical drugs to use first. You recommended Griseofulvin without warning about being unsuitable in liver failure or porphyria. Or even before trying for a baby or early pregnancy. Lots of weddings happen because baby is underway already.

Please do not recommend medication anyhow. Let her see the dermatologist. Leave it to the experts.

My dear please relax your mind it simple than the way you approach it ,just rub damatol cream to it night and early in the morning before the sunrise for at least 1hour and after the sunset after taking warm water bath. Wish you all the best.

.stop what ever cream u using for now..some if those creams complicate ,even predispose to other skin rashes...visit a dermatology clinic for expert management..

It's called KP(can't recall the full name, if you Google it you'll see the full name), I used Rice Water to clear mine(check Rice Water to wash face on wiki).

Don't let that part of skin be too dry, moisturize with light oils. And for the love of God don't scrub or use harsh foam on that part of your face.

Firstly I would say that you probably had an allergy to something unknown to you, I aslo had something similar to this and it was caused by an allergy until I discovered what it was about it then stopped bothering.
And again no matter what type of medicine you use it won't go away cause its an allergy come to think why is that all of the medications you have used haven't work.

Please I beg you in the name of God, stop bathing with Izal and Dettol. You have sensitive skin. That is all. Use very mild soap - baby soap - and avoid all perfumed lotions. Apply coconut or Moringa oil while your skin is still damp from your bath. Do it could consistently for 1 whole month; consistency is key!
