Anambralstson: Ode ipob, IGR is the difference between life and death, it determines what you can buy or not buy, it determines if you have money or not to build a road, bridge or hospital or not. It's the reason why poor anambra can not compete with Kano on any level, it's the reason why Kano is able to build world-class projects while Anambra can not even afford anything beyond ramshackle and substandard projects. It's the reason why Kano is building world-class interchange while Anambra can not even afford to build a decent and long-lasting flyover. Why do you Igbos see everything and think upside down?
