We shouldn't forget some of our open markets, during the day when the sellers know that buyers would look out very well to know how fresh the fish, meat they buy but in the evenings and night, they bring out left overs of days ago that may have start to rot and sell because buyers may not have the time to check properly and it's dark too.
Some Nigerians can be greedy.
