People in love trust people they are in love with and do not expect them to share their intimate moments with the rest of the world even when the relationship goes sour. Releasing an unauthorized sex tape/nudes should be a crime in a civilized society, the releaser is a perp and should be in jail. The one whose sex tape and nudes were released without permission is a victim of revenge porn.
