Shut up there Buhari in 5 years has borrowed more than all what past govts borrowed in the past 30 years combined , please show us one capital infrastructure he has created with his loans other than it being looted ..the same man that hurriedly forced the Senate to approve 1 billion dollars for the military that has since gone into voice mail as the military claims not to still have received the funds two years later .. Buhari remains Nigerias worst leader so much after a whooping 5 years he and his followers can not point to just a single thing he has achieved not one

Honestly i don't know how some people reason.
Same people that will criticize the government about poor infrastructures and lack of opportunities are same people oppose to Govt borrowing to solve same problem.

I've look critically into this and discover that most of those critics are just being mischievous and angry that they're not the one in power to spend the money.

Meanwhile Saraki should be kicking in his oblivion for being upturned in all directions. cheesy

True.,..

But I am a bit skeptical about that loan...this is just an honest Nigerian concern

I only showed you facts with figures, please counter me with facts and figures and stop showing you are intellectually empty and a zombie.

You wasted time on a senior zoneB who is probably benefitting from the excesses of the government................

His colleagues in the business of swaying public perception for the government would enter the fray soon to control the damage you've inflicted already......

Even a fellow zoneB whose moniker are all numbers have expressed displeasure with his effort by canceling his initial post

Sorry, you sound very aggrieved to reason critically. With this anger and bitterness in between the lines of your statement it will be extremely difficult to see any good thing in this government.

Unfortunately i can't help your situation either.
he countered with facts and proofs and I was hoping to read same from you but here you are attacking his person and his tone of response... you are a failure just like the government you are trying to defend...

Oga first and foremost theres nothing like critically looking into the matter, if you do you won't come up with this assertion.

Ever since this confused administration came in, it has been loan, loan tax and tax.

Firstly the heavy funds they borrowed in the first term, what did they do with it? There is total infrastructural decay all over the nation. Look at all the federal roads, they are in a mess.

They implemented TSA, telling us they are saving trillions of Naira everyday, they block the borders, customs said it generates over #80B daily ever since closesure of borders, they introduced duty stamp, introduced collection of #50 for every POS transaction, now increased Vat from 5 to 7.5%
Collection of #10k for every deposit or withdrawal above #500k, taxing everything taxable.

Increase petrol from #85 to #145, dollar move from #180 to #360 today.

Recovered billions from corrupt politicians and public office holders, even from Abacha loot.

Yet he has absolutely nothing to show for it.

No sensible society will continue like this because it is simply a highway to disaster.
Well articulated assertion with facts and devoid of sentiments.

You sounding like a kid. Ppl lack trust on the government, is it the first time Nigerian government is borrowing and claiming infrastructural development? 2005 we had a debt relief from Paris club and just 14 years later we are going back to square one. Have you asked the benefits of the previous borrowing? It is normal for the country to have a debate on the issue and stop sounding like we all should just be a zombie because you choose to be one

The Senate would pass the loan bill after they must have been lobbied. Which critical infrastructure? Agreed there is infrastructure deficit and dilapidation of existing ones. Let us complete the ongoing projects with the current loans and appraise their performance. Remember, Mallam Falalu Bello an experienced financial technocrat recently complained of an already high loans intake by the current administration which is a burden on the future generation.

After Kemi Adeosun exit, with the political rearrangement witnessed so far, the background for corruption and enslavement has just begun.

Until Soludo and Bismarck Rewane Team comes up to explain the breakdown of the loan and how it would be paid back. The loan is a fraud of corruption 3 years to the end of a government. 50% of the loan would go into consultancy, lobbying, recurrent expenditure and PR. That is corruption.

This is a forum, we are all learning, stop beating about the bush, counter my motion with facts and figuresooooooo.

Is that difficult for you to comprehend?
He can't obviously give what he doesn't have. He is as confused as his master, sadly his master is enjoying the very best money can offer with his kingsmen while the poor boy is willing to die over #30,000 tips paid him to defend what is indefensible. The government deliberately put the country in a mess so that they can easily find people like him ready to die for #30k service for them.
