What of the instrumentalist, it is so hard these days to find someone who will play instruments for free. I know churches even smaller churches who pays their instrumentalist monthly or every Sunday. What of the welfare? Feeding, clothing and shelter of the needy amongst us in church? Is it not money we use to put these things I'm place?

Those of us who pay our tithes and see the reward of Malachi 3 verse 10 knows the importance of Tithe in our lives. I am addicted to tithe paying! I pay it everyday. Even when someone gives me 200 naira, I pay tithe from it. I am not ashamed of tithe paying!!!

The kingdom of God cannot suffer bankruptcy because it is not one built on financial dealings of men. It is not sustained by the treasures of men. but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal.

What we need to understand is that a pastor is as important as an evangelist, a teacher, a prophet, a healer. The bible never made the pastor the head of the church, pastoring is a branch of the body of Christ which according to Jesus is not more important than the other functions. So why pay tithe to your pastor? Tithes were paid to levites, because they were priests by the order of Melchizedek. They offered up sacrifices and offering to God on behalf of his people. As a result they had no possessions or acquired property or were entitled to inheritance. It was therefore the duty of the Israelites to cater for them. However because of Jesus, we have become a royal priesthood (1peter 2:9). Also Jesus became the last priest as he himself was sacrifice unto the salvation of man (Hebrews 4vs14 & Hebrews 5:5-6. Hebrews 6:20)

The desciples never took tithes, rather the early christians sold their possessions and goods, and parted them to all men, as every man had need.( Acts 2:45) and And there was none among them who was needy, for those who possessed fields and houses were selling them and bringing the proceeds (Acts 4:34)

So by paying tithe to your pastor, you have replaced Jesus with him because he has assumed the traditional role of offering up sacrifices to his people therefore put yourself under the LAW not under grace. You have also invariably made your pastor the head of the church, while Jesus is the head of the Church. You have neglected the ways of the apostles, because if all Christians helped their church members like the apostles of old, then there would be no poor Christian.

NB- you should contribute to the welfare of your church, while the church should also use this welfare contributions to share amongst the needy and handle bills. Pastors should get a job If they can because even the apostles worked so as not to burdern the purse of the believers

Some of you go to the church admin office to submit your business proposals for contracts to supply one thing one thing, did you give it to the church free? When you got the contract to supply or render your services in the church was it free? NO!!! And you sit to type on your phones or systems don't pay tithe don't pay tithe yen yen yen whereas na church dey pay your bills...
What of the instrumentalist, it is so hard these days to find someone who will play instruments for free. I know churches even smaller churches who pays their instrumentalist monthly or every Sunday. Why una no say NO I'm not collecting a dime, I am doing it for God. No be money these churches dey pay, Na Paper abi na leaf dem they pay?

What of the welfare? Feeding, clothing and shelter of the needy amongst us in church? Is it not money we use to put these things I'm place?

Because you pay your tithes to the wrong place, you pay your tithe to occultic churches, you pay your tithe to pastors who live lavish reckless lifestyle doesn't mean there are no genuine pastors out there who stands on the word of God only!

Those of us who pay our tithes and see the reward of Malachi 3 verse 10 knows the importance of Tithe in our lives. I am addicted to tithe paying! I pay it everyday. Even when someone gives me 200 naira, I pay tithe from it. I am not ashamed of tithe paying!!!

Malachi 3 verse 10, And prove me now if I will not open the windows of heaven!!!
It is not about going out to drop your tithe, No with your tithe in your hand, Prove God First!!!

God said prove me and see if I will not open my window of heavens and pour out my blessings so much that even that our small cubicle room will be too small to receive his blessings on us.

The blessings received from tithe paying are numerous aside financial blessings. What of the blessings of protection from evil of all kinds, what of the blessings of great jobs, contracts, fruit of the wombs, education, unmerited favour, shelter, feeding, Mercy, Grace etc? Are they all by your powers or doings? Do you know your tithes are being recorded in heaven oh ye faithfully stewards?

Pay your tithe at the right place and enjoy the blessings of Malachi 3 verse 10. Do not confuse giving charity as tithe paying. Do not let Satan fool you on that. They are two different things. I give to charity and I pay my tithe. Charity is charity (welfare), Tithe is tithe! No be the same. Don't get it twisted!

Are you the owner of the money? Did you come to this earth with money? Will you leave the earth with money? Every time my money my money my money WHO GAVE YOU THE MONEY MEHN? If people own money why don't they carry their money with them when leaving the earth?

Since the devil launched a social media campaign on tithe paying, has the church closed? Lols instead it keeps moving on day by day. Sincerely, I am amazed by the numbers of people who pays their tithe in the church despite all the satanic campaigns. It only shows where the devil belongs. He's always on the loosing side. He's a looser!!!

What we need to understand is that a pastor is as important as an evangelist, a teacher, a prophet, a healer. The bible never made the pastor the head of the church, pastoring is a branch of the body of Christ which according to Jesus is not more important than the other functions. So why pay tithe to your pastor? Tithes were paid to levites, because they were priests by the order of Melchizedek. They offered up sacrifices and offering to God on behalf of his people. As a result they had no possessions or acquired property or were entitled to inheritance. It was therefore the duty of the Israelites to cater for them. However because of Jesus, we have become a royal priesthood (1peter 2:9). Also Jesus became the last priest as he himself was sacrifice unto the salvation of man (Hebrews 4vs14 & Hebrews 5:5-6. Hebrews 6:20)

The desciples never took tithes, rather the early christians sold their possessions and goods, and parted them to all men, as every man had need.( Acts 2:45) and And there was none among them who was needy, for those who possessed fields and houses were selling them and bringing the proceeds (Acts 4:34)

So by paying tithe to your pastor, you have replaced Jesus with him because he has assumed the traditional role of offering up sacrifices to his people therefore put yourself under the LAW not under grace. You have also invariably made your pastor the head of the church, while Jesus is the head of the Church. You have neglected the ways of the apostles, because if all Christians helped their church members like the apostles of old, then there would be no poor Christian.

NB- you should contribute to the welfare of your church, while the church should also use this welfare contributions to share amongst the needy and handle bills. Pastors should get a job If they can because even the apostles worked so as not to burdern the purse of the believers
1 Thes 2:9 - For you remember, brethren, our labor and toil; for laboring night and day, that we might not be a burden to any of you, we preached to you the gospel of God.

Excellent new testament teaching.... It pains me that people don't understand that testaments means covenants and that covenants are serious and effective. It's not easy to teach these things to those who haven't gotten their eyes of understanding enlightened about the new testament because the wrong teachings of yester years mostly laced with the spirit of fear to do the biddings of church denomination doctrines have become a rooted strongholds in people's minds.

So it's not easy to break away from those teachings without them thinking that they have offended God when tithe is not coming from them monthly(this is for those who follow it with pure heart as followers and as ignorant leaders). But some are aware that the testament of Jesus Christ didn't lay it as an order for the saints, but because of the gain they can realize and the power they have as leaders, they threaten the people of God with fear of offense and hell even when the truth of the scripture is shouting at their faces. They turn a blind eye and refuse to humble themselves before the truth.

The person you quoted is a Muslim convert and just like many others like her who hold on to the salvation of the Lord, it's fitting for her not to get confused with the new testament and man imposed church denomination doctrines.

This is because it is profitable for the Lord Jesus for them to remain within the knowledge of what they know until a higher revelation comes to them.

Last last, Kingdom matters na individualistic. We ourselves will receive further revelations and live in the knowledge of the revelation.

I must commend you that you gat strength. I've retired a bit in proving these things to people because I could realize that the stronghold is really strong and what it brings is vexation of spirit.
