I will suggest u go see a consultant surgeon preferably in a teaching hospital. what you described sounds like a stage 4 hemorrhoid, since it comes out on its own. You should on a normal ground be eating food with roughage. Also sit on warm water (add little salt to the water). Sit on it morning and repeat at night, every day. This helps a lot.
