in all his 4 years as senate president he made himself the enemy of the masses in order to score political points, he thought he was punishing APC but was actually adding to the masses woes and sufferings or how else can one explain his NASS always sitting down on the budget until the half of the year. agreeing with the government doesnt mean you are rubber stamp and disagreeing with the government doesnt mean you are NOT rubber stamp.
