How did jesus take away your sin on the cross? Many Christians say jesus took away sin by dying on the cross meaning taking away the sinful nature, and you are of the belief that accepting this sacrifice in some strange automatic way removes that nature.
But how does it work? how does the cross remove the sinful nature? And why must you accept that this sacrifice took place in order to receive this gift of salvation?

Bro Jesus blood wash away the sin of man kind how you might ask. Let me explain in the bible sin is a big deal to God so big a deal that to pay for that sin the sinner must die. So in the old testament God gave the Jews a way to atone for their sins it's like a substitution the blood of a lamb the people's sin will be transferred to a scape goat and a lamb will be killed the priest sprinkle the blood signifying the washing of the sins of Israel this can be done be an individual or the whole nation. Then they give a sin offering. With many other laws this can't cover all of mankind sins. So God's plan to save all of mankind was to send his son as a Lamb to wash all sins of man his blood is way more valuable than that of a lamb so it can cover every sin of man. On the cross all sins of man were transferred to Jesus he suffered and died just like the way the Lamb dies for the sins of Israel in the old testament.
