Since they paid palliative once, they did not pay again up till now, there is no word, and there is no information about it.

I Hope this their RenewedHope is not one chance?

It is not yet uhuru. I am very suspicious of the whole matter. There is a very high chance that universities will be asked to pay salaries from internally generated funds. This will mean another crisis. Let us watch carefully what might likely happen.

I doubt this will happen , but I think it myt be of benefit to VCS who loot salary n allowances of staff, and also of benefit to those who have connections to VCS as employment will be at the whims of the VCS as it was before .
