The Chinese also earn the money they need for power by being an exporter of industrial goods and services. (something they were forced into because their population is larger than their natural resource base ...roughly speaking).

Nigeria? We sabotage our industrial effort by relying on oil, which, isn't enough for us....even if we were a nation of 10 million people.

Your mind is in the right place. However, the oil money is enough for us. Even if it gives us $1Trillion. We still won't have steady electricity and good roads because:

Ever heard the joke that God gave white mean small d1ck and big brain. Then black man no brain and big d1ck?

We have natural resources, no earth quake, tsunami... Our own natural disasters are our leaders - more deadly than hurricane, earth quake, global warming...

We have a population crisis like China. But where Chinese leaders are afraid of jobless people, ours have perfected the art of using them to 'win' elections, turn them to tax collectors aka agbero, give them guns as soldiers, Police. DSS, SARS and herdsmen. Then them unleash them on the people to wreck havoc.
