 It is finished. John 19:30 If am giving opportunity to advise Buhari 4 a day, I would advise him to create Ministry of Mental Qualification before using social media. The ministry will be in charge of ascertaining people mental/ psychological balance before allowing them access to the internet or use of Social Media Well what am I even saying? if these is done it will affect me negatively because 85% of Naija girls will be barred from using Social Media.
