When you can't do a day without it., You have tried to and you notice that you can't or feel anxiety or withdrawal symptoms (or such) when you do. When it is the first thing you check in the morning. When other people start noticing that you are on nairaland, Tell you to stop or reduce it and you get either defensive or angry. |
