So they are really corrupt themselves and should not be taken seriously. |

GenBuhari: Story. When serious unbiased organisations like that rate your confused government high, you agree and praise them to high heavens. However when they expose the evil that your fantastically corrupt government truly is, you cry and claim they are biased. We don't even need any TI to tell us.
