There is a popular saying that "no man is an island" and this saying is really true, because we all need each other in our daily life..Whether its just friends or colleagues or maybe just a neighbor, maintaining a healthy relationship with such person is really important..
In this article,I'll be showing you how to maintain a healthy relationship with your spouse,so all you need to do is sit back and enjoy the show..
At the start of a relationship, everything seems so perfect but as time goes by you start to face relationship problems. And relationships become hard to sustain and finding the perfect balance to maintain becomes even harder.
Being in a relationship is not easy, they have their ups and downs. There are times that you will fight and have few misunderstandings. Couples have to go through the good times and the bad times for their relationship to grow. But despite all of it, they will always find a way to make it work and won’t leave each other. When troubled, just think of the happy times and read some relationship quotes that might help you think positively towards your relationship.
You may find it hard to keep a happy and healthy relationship without problems but you should always have this at the back of your mind;
1) A great relationship doesn’t happen because of the love you had in the beginning, but how well you continue building love until the end.
2) In a relationship, when communication starts to fade, everything else follows.
3) Do what you did in the beginning of a relationship and there won’t be an end.
4) All relationships go through hell, real relationships get through it.
5) Let’s not forget it’s you and me vs. The problem… Not you vs. Me.
6) Relationships include: fights, jealousy, arguments, faith, tears, disagreements, but a real relationship fights through all that with love.
Hope those few points are able to guild you through your relationship, either if its a stormy one or its a one full of roses..
Relationship are much better if the two people involves acts like best friends, plays like brothers and defend each other like warriors..
Tips for having a great relationship
Love yourself. Being comfortable with who you are means you’ll be a happier partner.
Be honest. Be truthful with each other about what you do, think, and feel. Honesty creates trust. Few things harm a relationship more than lies.
Support each other. When your partner does something great, tell them! Your partner should do the same for you.
Forgive and ask for forgiveness. Everybody makes mistakes. Be willing to apologize for yours — and accept your partner’s apologies.
Support each other. When your partner does something great, tell them! Your partner should do the same for you.
These are just few tips to having a great and healthy relationship,so all you need to do is to try it out
How do I know if my relationship is healthy
It’s good to check in with yourself from time to time to see how you’re feeling about your relationship. The questions below focus on romantic and sexual relationships, but they can apply to other kinds of relationships, too. After you’ve asked yourself these questions, it could be helpful to answer them again from your partner’s perspective.

Does your partner listen to and respect your ideas?

Does your partner give you space to spend time with your friends and family?

Do you have fun spending time together?

Do you feel comfortable telling your partner when something they do upsets you?

Do you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and feelings?

Can you tell your partner what you like sexually?

Does your partner make an effort to get along with your friends and family?

Is your partner proud of your accomplishments and successes?

Does your partner respect your differences?

Can you talk to your partner about birth control and/or safer sex?

Relationships can be complicated, but if you answered “yes” to all of these questions, there’s a good chance you’re in a healthy relationship. If you answered “no” to two or more questions, you might be in an unhealthy relationship.

Thanks for reading and i wish you a happy and healthy relationship..
